New York Health & Racquet Club

I currently have a NY Sports Club membership that is expiring and thinking of trying them since they're cheaper than NYSC (I get a corp discount for both).

Anyone here have any experience with them? I've been reading reviews online and the biggest complaint is that they give a lot of people trouble when they try to cancel their membership.
