NYR's are retarded. anything you can start after the new year you can start today...right now.

I know this. I am just setting year end goals I guess. "Get these things rolling by the end of the year."

It's really easy for me to keep something up once I got a month of it down. I haven't had anything but water/propel-water(packets in my water) for the past month to two. It's easy once I get a month down. 🙂

Perma-off soda. It's sad, I will miss it... It tasted so damn freaking good.

The only thing I am really concerned about right now is working out, gaining weight, and healthy eating. I am lost on what to eat, completely.

I am sure this is not a completed list, but here is some things...

Gain 15 lbs. I would love to gain even more, but I don't think I can even gain 10.
Get a job.
Read a book a month. (Already have Jan. book picked out(The China Study))
Get my drivers license
Ride my bike more often. Aim for 20 miles a week to begin with.(If I ride to my college and back once a day, I can hit this goal) That's like two hours a week on the bike.
Make a friend. I expect extreme difficulty here.
Eat better. <-- Yeah... That takes many-many life style changes. 🙁
Drink no soda, or energy drinks. Try to avoid anything caffeinated.
Work out! I think my wrist is good enough to start working on lower weights now. (Broke it and nearly broke my other on May 30th 2008; my life was truly changed by it, I am extremely bitter of the experience, because it was not my fault at all) 🙂 It still isn't the same as it used to be, super fappin' machine, but I think it can do fine with some stuff.
Clean my face everyday. My parents said that if I stopped using stuff on it, it would clear up. (I didn't believe them) Well, it's been a month.. It has only got worse. :| So, I am going back to using medications.
Go watch a movie every month, even if I go alone. <-- I have only watched one movie at the theater in the past year. This seems lazy, but it will get me out of the house. I will be around people 😛

That's all I have for now. I have already stopped drinking soda and such. I am on a water drinking only kind of thing right now. I would drink something else if anything would taste as good. 🙂

I didn't have any 2008 NYRs.

Gain 15 lbs. Never happened. I've stayed around 120. I'm at like 118 right now.
Get a job. Didn't happen either.
Read a book a month. Never did that. Reading is so boring.
Get my drivers license Done.
Ride my bike more often. Never happened. I was too lazy and it's boring.
Make a friend. Mmm... I suppose I have made friends. I've also lost friends too though.
Eat better. Never happened. I only ended up eating Subway more often because it's god damn delicious.
Drink no soda, or energy drinks. Try to avoid anything caffeinated. Did this for quite a while. I was clean quite often, but I've recently picked it back up.
Work out! Never did this either, but I did pick up dancing with has some physical aspects to it...
Clean my face everyday. I do use some kind of cleanser everyday but it doesn't do shit(Neither did any other routine I did). I really need to use other stuff as well, but I am kinda giving up on it.
Go watch a movie every month, even if I go alone. Never did this.

Really? WTF, I don't know anyone (outside of my workplace) with a 4:3 monitor anymore.

It's way better then widescreen. At least I can actually fit more data top to bottom on my screen. Wide screen is normal screen with part of the top chopped off, why would you want that? For TVs it's different, given lot of movies come in wide screen now, but for actual computer usefullness 4:3 or 5:4 is better. Most things done with a PC, amount of data that can fit from top to bottom is more important then width.

Well, I can't really find any non 16:10 19xx by XXXX monitors that are 4:3 or 1:1 within reasonable price... That's my only reason for using a 1920x1200 24" LCD.

I ate more Froot Loops. Unfortunately, I started to look like this:

Yeah wide screens are cheaper to produce as they have less overall surface compared to the same size LCD that is not widescreen. It's a big marketting gimmick. A 19" widescreen is basically a 19" normal with less surface area.

Sadly it's getting harder and harder to get normal sized screens now.
