New Years Eve for non-drinkers?

go to a casino? Go to a party and not drink? sit and home and watch the network shows? attend a community "party" and not drink? You can do pretty much anything...you don't HAVE to drink if you go to a bar/party/etc.
 
Make a bonfire and blow off fireworks.

It's more fun when you're drunk, but it's not too bad when your sober either.

Or ... have a barbecue.
While you may not get drunk, you can at least get food coma.
