You can still notice aliasing in some shots so I guess thats not implemented yet. The final dev kits apparently shipped last week so i'm sure the finishing touches and tweaks are going to be put in the games very soon (and they have to be heh).

the lighting on that looks really impressive. I can't wait to play games like this in HD on my 50" in WS and 5.1 🙂

i wasn't even interested in Kameo, but after seeing these screen shots, I'm going to start looking into the game and seeing what its all about exactly.

those screens look good. im glad they pushed this game back to 360. so far it looks like a game that i can enjoy playing with my children.

I just found out a nearby store is carrying Live Wire bottles with the codes, so I'm thinking I'll buy some. Did you just enter one code when you won, or did you flood it?

The crowd never looks good in racing games. The big deal here is that usually they aren't able to have a large crowd, even horrible looking, without a framerate hit. 🙂

I put 74 codes in my drawing out of about 750+ entries. And then I got lucky.

Did you even look at the "spectators" in the second set of screenshots I bet you just looked at the Kameo game and now youve moved on to flame on. They look horrible.

That "crowd" is like paper dolls. It probably has to render LESS polys since the ground is covered! I wouldnt be surprised if there was a performance improvement from it.

Yes I looked at it, and yes i know the graphics on the models aren't that great at all. The thing that IS great about it is that there are 35,000 individual character models, all doing their own thing, at a corner on the race track, and the framerate doesn't drop once.

thats the impressive part, not the actual graphics.

i'm thinking that is something that is going to be worked in torwards the end of development. maybe the tools weren't in the previous dev kits for that, and now that the final dev kits are arriving to developers they have it?
