New WLAN Card Behavior - Highly Technical Problem

Interesting, when I started with the Win 10 preview I was dual booting to 10 or 7. Each was on a separate drive. I forget which build it was but I would loose the ability to connect to the internet with both OS's.
The only way to recover was to do a complete shut down and let the computer sit for 5 min. As if the nic was somehow confused. Once I dumped the dual boot my issue went away. I could not find anything on the net about this issue. With your experience I wonder if the dual boot part of the start up has something to affect things. Possibly there is a dual boot program to take over the startup, something that just crossed my mind this morning.

Interesting problem. I used to have something similar when I had the Intel wireless manager vs windows wireless manager. I had a laptop that would only work with one and not the other (it would show the SSID's but would not work properly with the Intel manager if I remember correctly). After that experience I always used the windows wireless manager going forward.
