New Windows XP PowerToys released today... (URL inside)

Months ago, Microsoft pulled PowerToys for Windows XP from their website with no explanation. Later, they said that they were improving PowerToys and it would be back soon. They set a date, then missed it. An apology has been on the homepage for a couple months now. The PowerToys are finally back, although Microsoft hasn't said exactly what has changed. There is no way to download the entire package anymore, but that's OK because I only use two of them anyway. ("Command Window Here", and TweakUI)

Is it just me, or the downloads from M$ is screwed up? All the "toys" I tried they stop midway through the download...

They must be having a lot of traffic now.
When I downloaded the files, every one downloaded in less than 1 second. (over broadband anyway)

Same here. I really thought they had forgotten about the PowerToys...
