"Worth upgrading" from what? Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or other? For most people, yes.

It's very fast depending on your hardware, and I haven't had issues with gaming.
 
Why do you think your computer is slow? Boot up time? File access is slow? Or game loading is slow? Or the graphics is slow?

If yes, then replacing HDD with SSD and upgrading graphics card is better than upgrading to Windows 10.
