New window not opening

Used to, when I'd click on a link in someone's thread, a new IE window would open to that link. Now, when I click on a link, a new window doesn't open. I just jump there from the forum and leave the thread. That explanation make sense?
 
I have seen that problem before. I think it has something to do with the way the links are created by the poster.
