new weird computer trouble

You know the blue bar across the top of a window, which has the title of the webpage and the minimum and maximum buttons? It has disappeared from half of my windows, in otherwords the top bar now is the one that says File Edit View Favorites Tools Help.

whoa, thats an interesting problem! try posting in troubleshooting section too...

maybe its your color scheme? but there's nothign that has transparent as an option. hmmm. restart your computer, or just reinstall the OS?

As was mentioned, try pressing F11. If not, format c: \s

Sometimes something as simple as rebooting will take care of those odd issues. Have you tried that already?

that doesn't really solve his problem with windows, that just loads fdisk.

Try an "In place reinstall" from the recovery console. Back any important dat up first.
