Don't use paypal. If you PLAN on getting any customers, it will save you time, effort, and money in the long run just to get a merchant account.

Some advice for you (long version):

1. Don't spam your site here
2. Use the right forum for asking for web site design advice (Software, Programming, and Games, or Off Topic)
3. Frames are evil
4. Use color judiciously
5. Your home (top level) page is way too long
6. The logos could be smaller, and they definitely don't need a prominent fixed place at the bottom of the screen; put them at the bottom of a non-framed page, along with other stuff the user would need to scroll down to see (because they frequently don't scroll down anyway).

Or, short version:

• Dude, your site sucks.
