New vs Refurb

Ok, so im picking up a monitor. One is brand new from cowboom with a 2 year replacement at 170$. The other is a refurb from Tigerdirect with 12 month warranty + another year replacement for 176$. Im just trying to decide which I should choose. I dont know much about cowboom, and since they both have 2 years warranty, does it matter??? They are both the same monitor.
