i just installed a new video card, and my pc keeps crashing everytime i log in. i got a new psu because i thought that was the problem. here is my specs

40gb hdd
geforce 5700 ultra
350 antec smart power psu
when i look at the box for the video card i pass all the requirements, and it says it only needs a 220 watt psu...any help?
