Well, they are pretty much the same, but they are modified to fit more cards than that one. There's actually an updated version of that one that cools the RAM as well (the old ones HSF didn't make contact with the memory).

Yeah, way too expensive right now. $30-40 when the old one can be gotten for about $15 easily.

Actually there are completely new and improved. The older units are aluminum with no DDR cooling. These newer units are copper with extended cooling for DDR. Quite a bit different IMHO.

Unfortunately the version for the 6800GT/Ultra does not cool the memory.
