i got a new system, and installed Netzero 4. i forgot my login id and was too lazy to hook up my old system, so i created a new one. but after i logged in, it told me that my version of netzero is old and to upgrade.

i got the new version, and beware of dog doesnt work on it.

anyone have a link to a version of netzero that doesn't require the upgrade, and works w/beware of dog.

Netzero is a pile of crap.

They called us up and said we were using it too much and that we had to cut down.

When we told them they advertised unlimited access for whatever a month they charged they said unlimited but with limits or something just as dumb.

Canceled it that phone call and went to a local isp and have had no problems since.

I might get a phone call. I pay 9.95 for unlimited access, and I go to work and dial up in the morning and leave it connected all day while I work... heh... :)

For $9.95, I am sure you can get other national ISPs (although lesser known than Netzero) with a greater amount of services and without having to get the latest version of their software. I had Netzero (both free and paid service), but found my current ISP for the same price and received e-mail and 10 MB of web space at no extra cost.

In other words, you want us to help you rip off Netzero by blocking the ads of their otherwise FREE service.

While you're at it, why not just ask for a Windows XP key generator? If you're going to get banned for stealing stuff, you might as well do it in style :D
