New user to myspace

Hello everyone...I'm a new user to MySpace. I'm not familiar with it yet. I see that some of my 'friends' do not have their 'friends' shown on their page, and not 'comments' either, which is usually on like 99% of the pages I've seen so far.

Does anyone know if it's possible to set preferences to do this, or have these folks simply deleted these from their page altogether?

It could be a security issue that I'd be interested in knowing about if. I have sent them messages, but they have nort addressed my questions yet.

Did they hack their account somehow? And if they did could they also hack mine? I'm not there for underhanded purposes. I'm just there to have fun with it.

Any ideas, thoughts or comments please?
