Bought this stand from IKEA
Sanded/Primered it and then painted it...Home Depot did a good job with matching the paint of my existing entertainment center...
Old stand (from 65" DLP)
New stand - TV is actually wall mounted now it sits about 1/4" above the stand. I got an articulating mount which extends about 18" from the wall.

I built a little shelf on the expandable shelf above the TV from my Kinect and PS4 camera. Also painted some crown molding to cover the edges of the expandable shelf (needs another coat of paint though)...probably going to lower this shelf by an inch or so though...
Pretty happy with the way it turned out...Center channel definitely sounds much better now...
