I recently scored a Turion ML-30, which I was planning to put in a new(er) system. After replacing the previous inhabitant (a Palermo Sempron 2600+) and the videocard, I get: nothing. The Sempron setup successfully booted XP, but the new setup doesn't even POST. Fans spin and lights turn on, but that's it. The Turion and videocard are the only variables. I'm using an ABIT NF8 nForce3 250GB mobo, 512MB Crucial Ballistix, Cooler Master RS-450-ACLY, 200GB Maxtor PATA 133, and a Turtle Beach Santa Cruz. Suggestions are appreciated.

P.S. - I had to dremel off some (~1/16 inch?) of the plastic HSF bracket's legs to make the Hyper 6 make contact with the Turion core.

Although I no longer have the Sempron to replace the Turion with, other Socket 754 (desktop) processors work.
*Probably found the problem; apparently NF8 BIOS Revision 16 adds support for Turions. Should have checked this before selling the Sempron.
