I actually like it, considering that they have a new Civic to compete with...the "radical" design is going to be necessary to stay relevant in that segment.

The front looks similar to a scion tC... yet shapely like a mazda 3 and bulked like a Corolla.

If for some reason the driver of that that thing cried out "AUTOBOT, OPTIMIZE", they won't end up like this will they? Text

How the hell do you get Chrysler 300 out of that?

The Chrysler's "low roof" is an optical illusion created by raising the height of the window ledges and narrower side windows. That's what it looks like here, too.

I've always prefered the "high roof" optical illusion--see the 84-91 Civic, 83-91 Prelude, 86-93 Accord. It's not a high roof at all, but more glass makes it feels more roomy inside.

This new Corolla looks like a cross between some sort of WV-Audi and a Mazda 3.

I like it.
It looks more aggressive rather than the cheap econobox look it always carried.
Maybe they'll bring back a RWD/AWD corolla.

You people make me laugh. Do you expect every car in the world to have aggresive, expensive-looking styling? A car looks relatively normal and you think it looks cheap?

Current Corolla

If you think that really looks that cheap, you must only drive $40k+ cars.
