New top end cards are going to need a new psu?

That's often the way it goes when you want to have cutting edge stuff. A lot of people had to update their psu for the last round of cards, hopefully they went higher than "a good 350" as that's all you needed for a 5900.
 
They cant make fun that its two slots anymore, so now they are directing their sites on whatever else they might see as an opportunity for critisism. Wouldn't be surprised if ATI had a hand in this photoshop creation. Anyway, we shall soon see. (Feels like I have been saying that forever.).

External power actually wouldn't be a bad idea... just a simple plug like powered speakers use.
 
I think the pic with the nuclear reactor on the back was more subtle, thus more effective. 😉

I guess people can't make jokes anymore. Nope not allowed to make fun of Nvidia cause then your a fanboy right. Lighten up man, i thought it was pretty funny picture, don't take things so personal. lol
