Hey, i'm trying to build the best PC for my budget and i'm pretty new to the PC world... So i was wondering if i could get help from you guys.

i've gotten this together and i was wondering what your guys opinion

i also found an OS for $75 (Windows 8.1) and i was wondering if you guys could find a cheaper one

My Budget is 450/470 with an OS ...so a total of $500 (It can go over a little bit)
it will be great if you guys could help me out on finding a better Pre Built PC or Build one that fits my budget.

Use (Gaming, Rendering, Editing... etc):gaming
Games : H1Z1, DayZ, CS GO, Minecraft, GTA 5 and similar games to it that's in the PC world

Don't need any monitors, keyboards or mouse for now...

Operating System required: Yes (A cheap one will be great)

OEM Windows 10 Home will cost you $100. I'd say sparing another $50 for a proper Core i3 might be in your favor. Games are highly multithreaded now, and some are requiring quad-cores, meaning they specifically look for four processing threads of which a Core i3 will provide even if it is a dual-core.

You may want to wait on the videocard with AMD Polaris around the corner. Polaris 11 is allegedly the "low end" but expect it to greatly improve over the R7 370's performance.

How much can you stretch your budget? What resolution will you be gaming at? Do you have to play your games at the highest graphical settings?

I would avoid Windows 8.1, and just go with Windows 10 instead. Yes, it will cost you $100, but 8.1 is not a great OS to begin with.

Also, if you are planning on doing Rendering and Editing alongside Gaming, that CPU will get strained very easily the more you push it. It lacks multiple threads, which is going to become a big deal now that games are becoming more multi threaded. Same thing with other programs that take advantage of multiple threads. A low end Core i5 would be more preferable, but a Core i3 will be cheaper than an i5, but it will cost you extra either way.

Also, I would forget about that video card. If you're willing to wait for the new Polaris and Pascal cards coming out, you might get a better deal at that point in time.

Do note that performing a full install of Windows 10 from a Windows 7 or 8.x key requires the Nov 2015 version of the Windows installer. Also note that this will only work until July 29, 2016.

Download Windows 10 installation onto a USB stick.
In BIOS set to boot from USB.
Install Windows 10 (it pulls key from BIOS automatically - free!!) on the SSD.

Yeah, I would do this... you can also find cheap win 8 or 8.1 deals as well, and use that key to "upgrade" to win 10.
Just skip the first key prompt for win 10 install, and enter it after win 10 installs, and you will be good to go.

You can do it at the first key prompt during the install. That's what I do, and it works fine as long as it's the November 2015 version of Windows 10. That's the one that you'll get if you download the install media at this point.
