Is there a tutorial to this? Looks kind of tough but interesting.

There are about 10 billion of them on youtube. Along with the official KSP forums. KSP is more a phenomenon than a simple game. It IS tough, yes, but so much fun that you forget how difficult it actually is.

Watching Jeb grin like a moron while lighting the burners on a doomed mass of high-combustible doing 3000m/s is heeeee-larious.

Tinkering with this and that booster, module, configuration, etc. is so addicting that you wont actually CARE that you'll need to worry about fairly realistic physics. You will later in the game, when you've built up to that point, but dont be intimidated by it. It's an easy game to pick up and have fun with without extensive research beforehand. You'll soon become, if you stick with it, much more concerned about the technicalities. But at first you wont even care about center of mass or center of thrust or the more tedious bits. You'll be having too much fun thinking "How can I add 8 more Mainsail liquid engines on this so I can send Bill, Bob, and Jeb totally out of the system???"

Quick update everyone, I got the nvidia gtx 750ti card and through it in. Before hand I had WoW set at high settings and it would run around 45-60 frames. With this new one, I am running ultra settings and I am currently sitting at 179 frames. I can't wait to check out other games.

Nice. Got a good deal? There are such gems suggested on the previous pages, I would give every each one a good look. Also, going with the better card will allow you to play with more eye candy on, I think you are set for a long time now.

I got it for $150 on a sale on amazon, and with my prime shipping it was here in two days. I thought it was crazy when at one point earlier it his 240 frames per second. I am sure that it will be powerful enough to run some stuff now. I know Diablo looked stunning and my wife freaked out at how good Civ 5 looked.

free to play first person shooters:
1) quakelive.com good ol quake 3 arena, in your browser. the real deal from id soft.
warning: expect serious butthurt. people here have played for 15 years and the skill ceiling is very high.
2) blacklight retribution
CoD~esque shooter, with mechs, rockets, flamethrowers, mines, custom weapons, and the innovative feature of "wallhack for everyone", the ability to see other players on the field for a short while. (kinda buggy, but very enjoyable and it looks sweet)

I didn't try Quake Live, but given that I like Quake as a whole, I'm sure I would. However, I have to recommend against Blacklight: Retribution. I gave it a try for a couple of days, and I couldn't stand it. The first map I played on, I was basically statically spawning and being killed over and over on the tiny map. The other maps were better, but the game as a whole just felt like a mess. I don't care for the whole concept of having one gun that is fully customizable into other types of guns, especially since the only way to test results is to go get stomped online for making the wrong decision.

Planetside 2 is a great free to play game, you don't need a sub to play unless you want to progress faster.

Really? How on earth are you getting 179 fps with WoW at ultra with the 750Ti? Since the updates WoW got a couple years ago, it's VERY demanding on resources with ultra.

I have a 750Ti and it is a good nice card, but doesn't hold a candle to my 280X when it comes to ultra setting in some games.

- If you like a challenge: Dark Souls (but use a controller)
- MMO wise: Elder Scrolls Online, like you mentionned, is really awesome
- Civ 5 is great but be sure to grab both expansion with it
- Metro 2033/Last Light are great FPS and very atmospheric, especially 2033
- Guild Wars 2 is great too and no monthly fees. Plus the company add new content every two weeks or so
- Another cool game mixing FPS and RPG would be Deux Ex Human Revolution
- Great RPG top try would be Dragon Age: Origin
- Borderlands 2 for a mindless FPS and very fun
- Tomb Raider for some linear but immersive adventure game
- Kerbal Space Program for some fun and silly spaceship building and space exploration

WoW performance definitely depends on many factors including population density at the time, actions occurring and smaller settings such as shadows or particle effects. I haven't played in a while, but I could go as high as 400+ FPS and as low as 40 in a raid.

No idea, I just know it is running really high. That was even in Orgimmar, which is a high density area.

I am grabbing Elder Scrolls online today, I have the ultimate edition for Civ 5 already, I might grab guild wars today, and I have kerbal. I will look into the other ones.
