New to Overclocking

I have never OC'd before but I have come upon a great deal for a watercooling system and so my first thoughts turned towards overclocking. I was hoping that someone could point me towards a good online tutorial or guide for a first-timer. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
 
Wonder over to CPU/processors... The last part is OCing, but it's cutoff on the screen.
