New to over clocking any tips

hey i am new to overclocking and i would like to know if anyone has any tips or guides anything to get me started. my specs are:

AMD Athlon 3000+ 939
2 gb Corsair PC3200 (4 512's)
ASUS A8N-SLI Premium
X800 Pro 128mg
76.5 gb 10k Raptor
120 Gb SATA
160 Gb IDE
ANTEC 430 Watt True Power
