I just went out and bought a Asus P5B Mobo and my E6300 should be here tomorrow, after i throw the system together i'm planning on trying my first OC, I have read through several forums/sites etc and from what ive heard left and right this P5B should be alot of fun to mess around with. Heres a list of the specs for the system I will be building tommorrow:

Cooler Master Hyper L3 Heatsink and Fan
1GB (2 x 512) Kingston Hyper X DDR2 675 (PC2 5400...4-4-4-10)
WD Raptor 74GB (10K - SATA)

Vista RTM Build
Since it is my first OC I figured id check with some of you guys and see if you have any tips/tricks I should know about before i dive in....Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!!!
