New Ti Card Help!!!

I'm looking at buying a new video card in the next week and I've narrowed my choices down to the Visiontek Xstasy 5864 or the Gainward GF2 Titanium. Both seem to be pretty close in respect to their speeds, I'm just not sure which one to get. Also, which of the speed is the one I really need to look at, the RADDC, Memory, or Core?

i personaly would put in a bit more money and get a gf3 ti200, like the visiontek one, its ~170 at sparco i think
its got all the gf2 features, better 2d, dx8 , slightly sloewr than a gf3 and quite a bit cheaper
 
According to Visionteks web site, the 5864 has a core speed of 250 MHz. Do you know any of the specs on the Gainward? I can't seem to find them. Thanks
 
I say go for the gusto, get the VisionTek Ti500. You might as well get the horsepower now for the future games that will stress even the GF3 cards. These can be found for around $300-315 on the internet, and the performance is amazing. My 3DMark2001 score is 7888
