New theme

Put in a new blue theme today that resembles the older boards color scheme.

Any chance of the old "Grey Storm" (i think) theme, the black/grey one with a black background, and the option for the dark background that provided the logo that had black background with white text, I loved that theme, it was so much better than the current "Black" theme.

Woah - the Blue theme eliminates the borders around the white edges - kinda weird but cool 🙂

The logo does change on dark theme on subscribers, but the forums.anandtech.com is all wrapped in anandtechs look and feel, nothing to do with fusetalk. The black theme is very close to the old one.

If people want to create themes and send them, I can review them and if they are good enough (asthetically pleaseing) I can put them in as choices. You have to have a good understanding of CSS, and have a coldfusion server to play around with them.

Ah, yes, so it does. Just a shame that the alternating bars look AWFUL on the Dark theme.

Can you use the colours from the black theme, with the background/logo from the Dark theme? Pretty please 🙂

I think that will look almost exactly like the old theme, which is MUCH better 🙂

Edit: Suppose I don't need to worry about the icon looking crap now, it's logged me out of the Subscriber network, as it must have expired a couple of days ago (i did the "click on the "Check my subscription info" link and it logs me out" thing), but I still would like the background black..and would it be possible also to make that godawful bright blue section at the top/bottom of the screen the same colour as the background, it truely is awful. The "AT" feel i can put up with, as I can the ads, but that blue bar (especially when the theme is set to dark/black) looks terrible, PLEASE make it the background colour.
