I am curious if I can get some opinions on a system I am planning on putting together. I know that I need to upgrade my entire box so after doing some looking around this is what I have come up with. Please let me know what you think of what I am planning and if you have any suggestions on anything you think would be better to go with than what I am planning.

Athlon 64x2 3800 AM2 processor
Asus M2R32-MVP (Crossfire Ready) system board
ASUS EAX1950PRO/HTDP/256M Radeon X1950PRO GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card
2x Kingston KVR800D2N5/512 DDR2 800MHz memory module (Asus has got really tight limitations on what they'll accept in the boards and without spending a ton of money on memory I have found this to be the best route, in addition to the fact that I can't find over half of the memory that they have listed in the boards manual as being on the "Qualified Vendors List".

The reason I have chosen the specs that I have is for an clear upgrade path. I figure if the Socket AM2 is new than I can always buy a faster processor when the time comes and by choosing the Radeon 1950 Pro it appears that it's one of the fastest (yet not death to my wallet) vid cards out and should I feel I need something faster I can always purchase another one and run them in Crossfire mode.

Thoughts??
