new system specs

Hi, it's been 2 years now since I last did an upgrade, and it's that time again to buy a new system. I've read a lot of articles, and have decided to go with an Athlon 64 setup this time around. Before I buy all this stuff, I'd like you guys to give it a look over and give me some recommendations as to where I could do better. I'm going to try to do some overclocking with the cpu, as well as the video card to save a little bit of money on those things. I'm going to wait until the nforce4 boards to come out, before buying a nforce3 board since I don't need SLI, and I figure the prices will drop a bit.
