New system , random reboots

Ok here are the system specs

antec lanboy
antec 400 ps
asus a8v mb
amd athlon64 3500+
fx 5200 video card
nec 16x dual dvd
wd raptor
wd 120 hd
1 gig corsiar pc3200

everything is fine for maybe up to 30 minuters then everyting just shuts down. The cpu doesnt seem to be getting hot. Any ideas?

are you getting BSOD before the reboot?Turn off "automatic restart." Boot into safe mode and see if it happens. If it runs fine in safe mode then it most likely is a software/driver issue.

Brand new , just bought it. Though it seemed like it was the last one and a bit old.

Ive tried 2 different heatsinks and it doesnt change things. I just noticed in the bios it reports the voltage for the 12 volt line at 10 and the 5 volt at low 4 volts. Most likely the problem ? I bought it at compusa, see if I can do a return without a restocking fee. Think thats the problem?

powersupply was the problem but I stabbed myu motherboard putting on the heatsink/fan. After a little sodder work its atleast running. Would you try to rma it just becasue?
