Hi guys...

im planning to build a new system on my AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ ADO5000DDBOX (2.6 g). Planning to buy M3A32-MVP Deluxe for my AMD... i just bought my Gigabyte Geforce 8600 GT 256MB GDDR3 for my graphic card and i know this motherboard cannot support SLI which support CrossFire X for ATI. The problem is that i just bought my graphic cards so i just stick to it...
Here's my systems...Kingston 1 gig ram KVR667D2N5/1G, my Power Supply unit will be Gigabyte ODIN Pro GE-M550A-D1 550W.

what do you think guys?

I want to make several suggestions. First, if you are going with the 5000+ get the Black Edition, they overclock much better and cost the same on newegg right now. Second, I recomend you get 2 gigs of DDR2-800 RAM to go with your system. DDR2-800 is a much better choice for AM2, and with the RAM prices being as low as they are nowadays getting 2 gigs won't cost you a lot. If you are going to overclock get some decent RAM such as Crucual Ballistix, Mushkin XP series, Transcend Axeram, or some of the Corsairs. And finally, that PSU is not the best for the money, you can spend a lot less than $159 and get a better brand, for example a Corsair 550W or 650W, PC Power & cooling 610W. If were you i would get the one with the 6+2 pin PCI-e connector since you have a crossfire board and even though you have an nvidia card now you may want to go xfire later, the 750W PC Power & Cooling Crossfire Edition is the best choice for that in my opnion and still costs less than the Odin.
