System is:
i5 10400f
ASUS TUF B460-PLUS
16GB G-skill Aegis DDR4 3200

the mobo has 4 debug leds
CPU
RAM
GPU
Boot

It goes really fast through CPU and RAM leds, then gets stuck at GPU led. After 2-3 sec Boot led turns on, and the gpu led stays on. All fans spin until I turn it off except for GPU fan which turns off by itself (its supposed to do so).

what I've tried:
- rebuild and running it open bench bare minimum (mobo+cpu+ram+gpu)
- 2 graphic cards
- 2 PSU

none worked.

ASUS site tells the mobo has 10400f support since bios 0401

Is there anything else I could try? Maybe some mobo settings I don't know about or something.. Cheers guys, really hoping someone could help.

10400f doesn't have onboard graphics

ASUS support page says if debug LED stays on means it's a problem. My VGA debug is staying on.

Everything starts as it should, keyboard and mouse turn on, but no monitor signal. Tested with 2 working graphic cards, one is in the pc I'm currently using.

Assuming you cannot see BIOS values, no idea what is set there? If you're putting in a PCIe GPU and its also not outputting signal (try VGA, DVI and HDMI, etc), then something is definitely going on with the motherboard.

Very best,
