I have an MSI K8T Neo2 and when I press the power button nothing lights up, no fans spin. When the cmos jumper is set to clear setting and I press the power button everything turns on but obviously the computer won't boot with clear cmos. When the jumper is set back to save data no power. What could be causing this.
 
sounds like a motherboard defect. I'd RMA That. I have a K8N Neo Platinum and I think it just recently went bad on me, so I'm RMAingto MSI.
