Here are my specs:

*Athlon64 3700+ San Diego
*Asus A8N-SLI Premium
*1GB (2x512) OCZ Platinum Rev2
*Enermax 535W PSU

Symptoms:

*NO VIDEO!!!
*NO "BEEPS"!! (This board is supposed to have that voice tell you what's wrong... but I don't hear a damn thing!!)
*CPU fan, chassis fans turn on fine
*Hard drive spins up
*Power LED turns on fine

Oh and I'm using the DVI cable to hook up to my LCD... do I have to use a VGA connector for first boot? I wouldn't think so, but I am open to try ANYTHING to get this baby booted up!!

1) is the mobo on standoffs, sorry if that's a dumb question in your case

2) did you plug in all three power connectors: 24-pin, 4-pin square and the EZ Plug

3) if your video card uses an auxiliary power cable, is that hooked up too

4) try firing up the mobo outside the case on cardboard, with only the minimum items & wiring (no drives, no case wiring except power button)

5) try firing it up with the RAM and video card missing and see if it beeps/talks in that situation

1) Duh!! ;)
2) I plugged the 24-pin mobo power plug... is the 4-pin one the AUX12V? My power supply didn't have one AFAIK. What's the "EZ Plug"?
3) Yes it's hooked up.
4) I will try that
5) I will try that as well. :)

Thanks! I'll get back in a little while.

AHH DAMMIT!!!

After inspecting EACH AND EVERY cable on my power supply, and still not finding the CPU 4-pin power plug... I just read the manual. Even the MANUAL says there should be a 4-pin CPU power plug, and shows a picture of it.

However, this particular model has an 8-pin power plug that was not labeled... after researching more, I found an addendum to the manual. Apparently there is an error in the manual and there is supposed to be an 8-pin to 4-pin adaptor in the box, and that damn thing IS the CPU power plug!! So after digging around in my parts closet for 20 minutes I finally found the box, and the enclosed adapter!! :)
