Change the PSU to either a Fortron, Enermax, or better yet a Seasonic S12.
Go with this for CPU
You got more than enough to buy a better PSU.

The rest looks good.

Corsair HX620W would prepare you for a Quad GPU solution. Or a Silverstone Element 500W if you just want to handle that card or a single DX10 card.

Is there an x1950xt? If so I want it! I think a lot of people have been confusing the x1950xt with the x1950xtx. I'm quite sure AMD.ATi didn't release an XT version... unless they pulled a fast one. Black friday is the way 2 go. I got a dvd burner... nec 3550a FAR @ compusa last year and almost bought a x800xl for $150 at same store, but didn't. Was a great deal last year...😀

I couldn't go black friday shopping last year 🙁 At the grandparents for thanksgiving, which happens do be in the middle-of-nowhere. 40miles just to pick-up some grocerys, let alone a staples or compusa 😀

If I order the system before Xmas I can pay it off in 36 months with a salary deduction before taxes. 1/1 2007 the swedish government will remove this option, hence I need to order in the beginning of december.
Otherwise I'd wait to order until the Dx10 mainboards and vid cards are out.

How about keeping the 6700 and go with this PSU?

As for the video card:PowerColor X1950XT the store claims to receive these in the beginning of november...
