Just completed a new system build, and am having internet connection problems. I suspect it is a driver or MOBO firewall issue, but so far I cant seem to find the source of the problem. In order to access the internet, I have to repair my connection for every unique instance of opening my web browser. Once I repair, I can access no problem, that is until I close out of my browser and attempt to connect again.
When I go into Network Connections from Control Panel, I show the following LAN or High Speed Internet Devices:
1394 Connection (Connected, Firewalled)
1394 Connector 2 (Connected, Firewalled)
Local Area Connection 2 (NVIDIA nForce Network Controller, Connected, Firewalled)
Is this the infamous Nforce firewall issue I keep reading about, and if so, how do I go about disabling it...I cant seem to find an option to do so anywhere. Thank you.
