No, the Church won't care. I usually don't get into religious debates, but I know how to answer this one. The Church sees homosexual sex as a sin. They believe that God creates us with Original Sin. We are born with the tendencies to sin, but we're to resist those tendencies.
Example, you see a 16-year-old that you want to sleep with. Assuming you're over 18, you know that's wrong, so you don't do it. You were born with the desire to, but you resist because it's wrong.
This is an explanation of how the Christian Church sees it, not a personal statement. Please refrain from flames.
Incest is only illegal today because of close-minded bigots. One day, it'll be accepted with all the other lifestyle choices. Homosexuality was considered a mental disorder in the DSM as recent as 1974. Eventually, all behaviors will be accepted, and the world will be a much better place. No judgement.
