I like the lightsaber fights of the new ones, and the special effects aren't bad either, at least for space battles where they look more real. For indoor scenes, there's something to be said for puppets.

As for the dialogue and acting though...after seeing the new ones, you feel like giving Oscars to everyone in the old ones.
