The norton antivirus that comes with the memory is only a demo. So dont get your hopes up too much.

<< If you need a higher amount to use a coupon, Quicken 2002 Basic is $29.95 minus a $29.95 rebate >>

Huh? Isn't this only with the purchase of Turbotax???

I found everything online ok...

But when I do a search for PNY rebates, the two it shows me ( for memory only) expired 12/15.

Anyone have the current rebate link? Or is it in-store only?

Thanks.

I'm guessing the reason you don't see the rebate is because this deal is NOT good until Dec. 20th.

I just bought the last 2 pack of zip disks (PC format) over at the Staples in Ithaca. Once I send in the rebate it will be free. I also bought the PNY 128 mb stick for my girlfriend's computer. Total spent was $20 after I used the $10 off $30 coupon. Once I send in the $10 rebate for the ram (once I find the rebate), my total spent will be $7 for 2 pack od zip disk and 128mb of ram. Thank you staples (now if only they would continue with student advantage discount, I would have gotten all this for free, actually staples would have ended up paying me).

^^Bump for a good deal^^

I really like those PNY color CD-R's. The cases aren't worth much, but for $5 for 50 CD-R's I ain't complaining.

I just bought 4 256MB sticks of memory at BB after Turkey-Day. Must resist this deal. Oh, but wait, maybe I can justify it....this is PNY brand, which might be better than those spectek chips on the Best Buy Ram. Then again, I haven't had any problem with the cheap ones, that I've noticed anyway.........don't mind me, my psychologist suggested that I try working out my problems through writing.

Has anyone seen the Rebate Form for the memory? I can't seem to find it anywhere, and when I picked up a stick of 256MB PC133 today, the guy at Staples didn't have a hard copy of the Rebate Forms either. (I had to goto 3 different Staples stores too before I found one that had any of the 256MB Modules in stock)
Thanx!

I am just back from staples. It is strange that when they scan the RAM,
it is 24.94 already. What I paid was 24.94+tax. I was so happy and asked
for 15$ rebate form, which will bring down the price to 9.94$ for 256M!!.

But I was told that there is no rebate form. Maybe difference local store has
difference local policy?

Anyway, I am happy enough.

Strange. Maybe they did it because most of the stores didn't get the rebate forms. But if you find it afterwards, it could be a great deal. The downside is, you can't use the $10 off $30 coupon since it's so cheap, and you will have to add another $5 item to get the $10 off.

Any1 has rebate form for 12/20-12/24 256MB PC133 (#457395)? All I found was rebate for purchase 12/06-12/10. The form at local store and online are the same (valid for 12/06-12/15 only). Thanks.

Bought one of these 256meg at my local Staples.

Rang up 39.99 - $10 coupon = $29.99

I don't think there is a $15 rebate form.

All they could find was a $10 rebate form for both 128 or 256
good from 12/20 - 12/24.

So he rerung it for me and took an extra $5 off for the
difference between the advertised rebate and the actual rebate.

So 29.99 - 5 = $24 plus tax then - $10 rebate = about $15!!

No too shabby .. The 256meg SDRAM I got had samsung 7.5 chips on them.

I called my local Staples after I noticed that the rebate for 256mg was only $10. They checked with corporate hq and the $15 rebate listed in ad is a misprint. They said I'll need to talk to the store manager tomorrow to see if he will price adjust me for the $5 difference.

edit: got the price adjustment--no problem

Same deal. All they had was the $10 MIR, valid from Dec 20 - 24th. So they took 5 bucks off the $39.94 that it rang up as. Also got a PNY smartmedia USB reader for $19.99. Applied the $10 coupon off all this so total will be $35 ofter MIR. Not to bad.
