Just thought I'd ask if anybody has seen this. The PC group says they scan and clean the machines we're seeing with the malicious scans and can't find anything (they're pretty good about security/patching/etc). They've engaged Symantec and are working with them now.
didn't know if anybody knows what is going on? All machines are of course up to date on patches and AV updates.
This is on quite a large network so possibly other enterprises or NANOG members are seeing it.

nevermind. no wide reports of it. The machines with the problems had been compromised and SMS/virus updating had been turned off.
