The very ending made me laugh. The jewelry carousel with the blood all on it. *chuckles*

The problem with tongihts episode is that I think 99.9% of all SP viewers don't watch the home shopping network. Granted, I understand the joke. It lacked relevance within the fanbase.

I don't think that's the issue. The entire episode was a few jokes repeated over and over. How many times did Stan tell the host to kill himself? That joke went on far too long and then it was brought back in the end! Additionally the jewlery lifecycle was repeated a few times. I get all of the jokes, and the topics had potential but to me it seemed way to serious and it just wasn't funny.

What, thats exactly why it was funny. It wasn't just a one off joke, how he spent 5 minutes telling the guy to kill himelf, giving him reasons why, and telling him he would totally not give a shit if he killed himself had me laughing out loud.

Season 16 is off to a great start. The last few seasons have been hit or miss. I really thought the Cent-i-pad episode was stupid to kick off last season, and only liked a couple eps overall so this is good news for me.

Hope the trend continues for this season

Every season has many lame episodes and a few that really shine.
My fav is the no internet episode "over logging".
I imagine that is exactly what would happen.
Plus I loved the movie The Grapes of Wrath.

And the shopping channel episode where people buy crap they don't even want in the first place, then practically give it away, ending up buying the same simular crap over again that they didn't want in the first place. The cycle of the average HSN viewer.
Just try to watch HSN channel for ten minutes, with all that sales hype, product pitching, pushing some outdated pc or piece of crap over priced wortless defective digital camera.
HSN and the old Jim Baker-Tammy Faye tv show were too weird to believe. Is that why we watch?

Funny watching HSN/QVC whatever sell computers, it's always way over priced and they always say "this dell is valued at $999.99'. but we have it for only $899.99 plus some crazy shipping price and tax.

Then they say this dell dual core comes with $687 worth of valued software.. wrong again, no body buys a pc to get cooking essentials 2006, most of the software they give you is really crap ware.

Everytime they sell and item if it has value-pay, then make it sound even lower, instead of $99.99. its only $13.33... i wish they tell the truth and say that item is $99.99 plus ship an tax, so its more likr $115.00.

I bought from HSN only once and sent the item back, never again.

Wasn't that funny, definitely not like the first two of the season which I really liked. This one was just ... strange. Although it was interesting, just not that funny

The last time I watched episodes fresh on TV was the first season.

I've been enjoying this season so far, the Meme episode wasn't as good as the first two but it definitely had it's moments and sometimes that's all you can ask for. Can't expect every episode to be comedy gold.
