Yo fellow hardware enthusiasts!
I'm building a new portable computer, and it finally came down to two options. I want something a little bit special, or I'd go with an Aspire X-Qpack or something.
First option is going with a Monarch Hornet. Very small, very light, and everything should fit as it's prebuilt. That's the logical option, I reckon. But it only accepts Micro-ATX boards and the powersupply isn't standard and rated at no more than 350w.
Second option is going with a Lian Li PC-V880 done by FrozenCPU, with sound deadning, custom carrying handle and a PC Power And Cooling SLI 510w PSU - put a real motherboard in that (DFI Lanparty) and have a hell of a system.
It really is a gem - kind of a shrinked PC-V1200 - Here
In both cases it's going to be built with a X1900XT and Opteron 165 which will be overclocked.
What do you think?
