Is that AGP driver a whole new set of board drivers? Seems awful large (6 MB) for just the AGP driver.

No, that's just the AGP driver.

The reason why it's so large is the installer being in many many languages, and it's a single package for all Windows operating systems.

Besides, this AGP driver isn't only for the latest SiS chipsets, it in fact supports them all, 5591, 530, 540, 5600, 600, 620, 630, 635, 730 and 735.

Well, not quite a 150 point increase for me. Default benchmark for 3DMark2001 went up from 3988 to 3999 running a 1.45ghz/GeForce2 Pro 245/461 overclock.
