If you don't open the slot below the video outputs I'd say it sure does.
 
Just because they only use a 1-slot backplate doesn't mean the card isn't two slot. I don't see how you could jimmy any card in the slot below while using that card.
 
I like the no grill idea at the back of the cooler. I believe it can exhaust more air faster this way. Isn't it?
