Ok so its year 2040 and earth is on the verge of nuclear war. So they setup show on a new world 1000 + people live there. It takes 5 years to get from earth to this new planet. So 10 years round trip. They need to deal with new viruses, Advanced humandiods (or ac ) that they made, aliens and frequent snow storms with electricity running through it. Its a England made show thats actually pretty good for us scifi nerds out there. Its on the bbc saturday nights at 9 i believe. BBC is a scifi heaven now. More star trek and Dr Who shows then any other channel out there. Theres 8 episodes so far. The boss from ugly betty is in it. He is a religious figure. I dont know any of the other stars in it.
What else can I say. They stoped recieving a becon from earth so they have no idea if earth is still inhabited or if the nuclear war killed off everyone.
Its all about SEX DRUG Alcohol and more sex.
I dont want to go into fine details about it because I dont want to ruin it for anyone but its worth looking into if your a scifi nut like me. I have all 8 episodes downloaded and ready to watch. Ive gotten through the first 4 and decided to make this post about the show. If you get time watch an episode and let me know what you think of it.
