Looks like it was released 6/10/02. Changes are:

Version 1.6.3.6
Modified transmit processing to check to see if ?High? priority is checked before setting the transmit client to High. There appears to be a bug in the SETI winnt CLI that can cause the client to go into a tight loop during ?stop_after_xfer processing.
