Ahh I see. Arkansas §20-17-102 D(i) requires surviving parents to agree on disposition of remains and they've added fetal tissue to that section.

That being said the permission would be on disposal, not the procedure of abortion and even that is probably a stretch.

How about say in a scenario involving an physically abusive partner or parent? An underage victim? An attacker who wields considerable power and therefore could continue the make the victim's life a living hell? A woman who doesn't want to prosecute because she knows she might have to relieve the experience plus the public spectacle, and simply wants to draw a line after say a relationship with an abusive boyfriend? A woman who doesn't want the risk of public humiliation and being seen as a false accuser because the jury wasn't convinced?
