Went to micro center today and they had some good deals throughout and wife said I could build a new machine since old machine was a Phenom X3 720.

Asrock Z77 Pro4
Ballistix Sport 8gb 1600 ($10 off when buying cpu)
Samsung 840 250GB ($20 off when buying cpu)
Gigabyte GTX660 ($20 MIR)
Corsair CX750M ($10 MIR)
Thermaltake V3 case ($15 MIR)
Hyper 212 EVO

Total was $814 and still get $45 back in rebates so for $775 IMO it's not a bad deal.

The PSU is incredibly overpowered for this build, otherwise looks pretty nice.

That system should do the trick. What resolution are you gaming on? If they were in stock you also might have been able to get away with a less expensive mobo unless you needed all the Pro 4 features.

Yeah the 750 was the same price as the 600 and 10 bucks more than the 500 on sale so I figured what the hell.

I am gaming at 1080p (PS3 3D display). I got the Pro4 because it was $69 after combo price. I am running the 3570K at 4ghz and so far so good so I will push it harder when I get more time to tweak.

Looks very nice. I agree that the PSU is overkill; even the 500W would have been plenty for a GTX 660. Not like you paid a ton extra though.
