OR

Crucial Ballistix 1GB 184-Pin DDR SDRAM DDR 500 (PC 4000)

i like the crucial its a little bit more but it can run at 2-2-2-5@200MHz if i dont wanna overclock and it can handle overclocking too but the mushkin cant get those timings at 200MHz so im leaning twords the crucial more and more

Looks good. If you are buying all those nice parts have you thought of going with 2gb of memory? If you can afford it there is really no reason not to go with 2gb.

If you're going to be gaming, I'd bump the RAM up to 2gb. Also, are you going to use on-board sound? How about speakers?

?

well im the one that recommended that PSU to rottenagenda, and if that PSU is anything like my Antec 550w, it will handle just about anything you can throw at it.
the box i have the antec 550w in:

athlon xp mobile 2500+, overclocked (1.675v)
512mb ddr333
nvidia 5900se (fx were power hogs)
3 hard disks of varied size (was 4 at one point)
2 optical drives
various fans
cold cathode light

say thats a good measurement of the systems ability. 12v is 11.9v, awefully accurate if you ask me, and perfectly stable

I think there is no sound card and if you are planning on using onboard sound it will be a shame.

this RAM will work very good, IMO. a very good company, a dual channel set, 2 GB, and low timings with a good price make this deal unbeatable.

lol
g.skill?
and 2.5-3-3-6 at DDR400?
either of two DDR500 sticks the OP posted can easily hit faster speeds at DDR400 speeds. That g.skill memory couldn't even attain the 3-4-4-8 timings the DDR500 sticks can hit at DDR500 speeds.
