the normal P180 had a Duct going from the back to over the PCI slots for the video card(s). The window model you showed in that link show no duct, so I am assuming there is more clearance, that's why I just threw in that possible suggestion. But now that i think of it, the VGA heatsink protrudes not outward but downwardinto the other PCI slot. So either case, windowed or not, it should fit.

The PSU is quality. Great stable power, <1% fluctuation. :)

Meh. Looks good. Makes your e-penis bigger.
I love that PSU personally. Not too many other PSUs can handle my rigs.

what are you running.. a super work station? whatever the case may be.. he does not need such psu for his system... even IF he plans to overclock in future.. it will NOT help him a tad bit over any other cheaper and quality PSUs... plus.. i'd rather shave off couple inches on my e-penis and have a thicker wallet.. =P

Some of my thoughts...

-WHY THE (%#( would you get a silencing case, CUT A BIG HOLE, and stick some acrylic or plexiglass on it... Which uses plastic/metal/plastic. Along with the PC P&C power supply being ULTRA LOUD... I just don't get it anymore...

-K8N Neo4, many people have issues getting past 230 mhz for some odd reason... Good luck with that. Ultra-D or SLI-DR would be a better choice IMO.

My honest opinions

9/10

Why not just a 4400+ and overclock. I know money is not a factor, but I would feel guilty for spending a lot of money anyways...

I prefer the Mushkin HP3200 2x1gb sticks or the BEST would be Crucial BAllistix 2 x 1gb for overclocks and speed.

I would recommend not getting a raptor and waiting till the next gen ones come out in November or so. SATA2, NCQ, 16mb Cache, 74/146 gb configs... ^^

The Asus SLi premium i reckon is a better board. I mean heat pipe tech (silent), and plus ablilty to enable SLi on software, instead of rebooting. OCes as well as DFI. It is regarded as one of the best boards not if the best in the SLi mobo arena.

The case, what about the Cooler Master stacker? or thermaltake armor?

Get a kit of 2GB OCZ EL Platinum PC3200 2-3-2-5 instead.
You could save money and go with an A64 X2 4400+ and overclock that instead.

Scythe Ninja for cooling.

The PSU is a very good PSU, if you've got the money ; go for the PC P & C 510W SLI.

Yep I agree, I would also drop the 74GB Raptor....it's a waste of money. Go with one of the nice single 300 or 400GB drive with NCQ instead of two drives.

Well I can tell you all right now, 'money is not a factor'. I have $2,750 to spend on this and I don't want to blow it. I -doubt- I will be overclocking right away, MAYBE in the future.. maybe. Would it be worth it to wait for new HDD's in Nov? Spending this kind of money I want this to last for at least 3 years, so I don't want to blow it. How much will these hdd's be when they come out? Are they even coming out in Nov? As for the PC P&C, it's loud? My first pick was the Antec 2 TruePower 550W, but I don't know now.

Is there even a better setup for this kind of money? Or the only way it will get better is to wait? The only problem is I have a buyer lined up for my old rig, so if I could buy it right now that would be better.
