Zalman 7000 alcu is old, wait till new zalman hsf release. And someone here mentioned about "ATI SLI" which called a crossfire that will release soon.

If you are dead on set on purchasing a new rig in December.. then I would wait until November to begin researching, pricing and peicing it together...
So much can change in the next few months.. you'll only drive yourself crazy trying to figure out what to do..

Wait till November.. and dive right in with a clear mind

Yeah... I've been out of the loop since my last upgrade when I bought a 9800Pro, so I felt the need to reeducate myself. That and without my own computer for 4.5 months I'm living vicariously through the possibility of building a new one :)
